Tempo increase decrease button

For music practice it is really useful to gradually speed up the tempo of the section you are practicing. It would be nice to have a button to increase the tempo by let's say 5%. The percentage even could be customised for personal preference.

I might be able to add this in the 'keys' dialogs, it will start with the current setting and have buttons to +- 1 or 5.
